The Opportunity:
CACI has an exciting opportunity for a Program/Project Operations Intern for Fall 2025 at our Sterling, VA location! This hybrid position requires approximately 20 hours per week, with the expectation that you will be in person at least 3 days a week.


Responsibilities:

You'll work closely with a small team of CACI Program Managers and Navy customersLearn about US Government (USG) contracts, proposal writing, white paper submissions and responses to USG Request for InformationAssist in managing small programs and tracking documentation and customer deliverablesSupport invoicing and accounts payable processes



Qualifications:

Required: 

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant field of studyMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureMust possess great interpersonal as well as excellent oral and written communication skillsStrict attention to detailExcellent customer service skillsExperience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Outlook and MS Excel



Desired:

Familiarity with US Government contracting processesExperience with proposal writing and white paper submissions

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$39,400 - $73,500
