As a Program/Project Manager in the RIO Operations team, you will be a key driver in transforming strategic plans into tangible programs and projects, delivering impactful results across various business units. You will leverage your deep knowledge and expertise in project management to navigate complex issues, make informed decisions, and ensure the successful execution of programs. Your role will involve significant cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and conflict management to align operations initiatives with business strategy. Your ability to think strategically, adapt to change, and deliver excellent customer service will be crucial in this role. *this role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship **Job responsibilities** + Lead the transformation of strategic plans into high-impact programs and projects, utilizing your expertise in project management and strategic thinking to deliver results across various business units. + Oversee the execution of programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy, effective risk mitigation, and timely delivery of commitments. + Utilize data analytics to monitor program progress, make informed decisions, and direct necessary adjustments to ensure the successful delivery of program commitments. + Build, lead, and manage diverse teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth, and effectively delegating tasks to ensure efficient and effective achievement of objectives. + Engage with senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress, and collaborating to resolve any arising issues. **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + Extensive experience managing or supporting system migration and implementation projects within financial services or asset management. + Demonstrated knowledge of asset management business and trade lifecycle. + Hands-on experience in production support, including the use and maintenance of runbooks for operational procedures. + Proven track record in outsourcing operations or working with third-party service providers in a middle office setting. + Solid understanding of middle office functions, particularly in fixed income operations and trade support. + Adept ability to triage operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption. + Strong commitment to data integrity, including experience with data conversion, reconciliation, and reconcilement processes. + Collaborative experience working with fund administrators to ensure accurate fund accounting and reporting. **Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + Demonstrated knowledge of IBOR (Investment Book of Record) processes and applications in an asset management environment.
