As a key supporter of the Idea to Retire (I2R) Digital Transformation (DT) workstream, the I2R Program/Project Manager will be tasked with organizing, coordinating, and managing a variety of projects. This position requires collaboration within a highly matrixed environment to drive projects and programs for the I2R Digital Transformation Team. Duties: * Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion aligned with company goals * Utilize SharePoint, data analytics, and project management tools to streamline processes and enhance project outcomes * Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration among stakeholders * Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, and deliverables * Monitor project progress, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met * Manage risks and issues that arise during the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies as needed * Analyze data to inform decision-making and improve project efficiency and effectiveness * Prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders * Ensure alignment of project goals with overall business objectives and strategic initiatives
