Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend with an off-Friday. + Competitive tuition reimbursement benefits for both undergraduate and graduate degree pursuits. **Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with program teams to support the planning, scheduling, and execution of complex projects. + Assist in the development and maintenance of program schedules and timelines. + Analyze data and identify potential risks and opportunities to optimize program performance. + Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations to communicate program status to stakeholders. + Actively participate in problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives + Develop a broad understanding of the end-to-end system development lifecycle **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's Degree in a STEM based area of study such as Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or Project Management + Working knowledge of MS Excel + Communicates well verbally and in written form + Driven to learn, adapt and contribute + Good analytical skills and accustomed to using a proactive problem-solver approach **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + MS Project experience is a bonus! + Familiarity with creating or maintaining Integrated Master Schedules **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $56401 - $95881 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
