The pay range is $56,400.00 - $101,500.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. As a **Program Owner – Energy Efficiency & Resiliency** on our **Energy & Sustainability Team** , you’ll drive the strategic advancement of Target’s energy efficiency and power resiliency initiatives. In this role, you will evaluate and implement strategies to reduce energy consumption across our portfolio through data-driven insights and operational improvements. You will analyze energy usage trends and building performance data to identify efficiency opportunities, support demand-side management initiatives, and enhance the resiliency of our buildings. You will collaborate with utilities to implement energy-saving solutions and enhance building resiliency across our portfolio You will lead efforts to optimize building performance, ensure critical infrastructure remains reliable during grid disturbances, and support the integration of emerging technologies that advance energy efficiency and resiliency. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to analyze data, monitor key performance indicators, and build scalable solutions that align with Target’s sustainability goals. You will also contribute to the analysis of battery storage, microgrid potential, and other resiliency-related technologies. Job duties may change due to business needs. **About you:** + Bachelor’s Degree, BA/BS in engineering, sustainability, environmental science, data analytics, or related field + Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant business experience + Experience collaborating with utility providers to implement energy efficiency initiatives + Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation + Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analytics tools + Experience working with building systems, energy efficiency programs, or demand-side energy solutions preferred + Familiarity with utility data management, interval data analysis, and building energy benchmarking + Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business strategies + Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines + Experience in project or program management, including ability to lead cross-functional initiatives + Ability to educate and influence stakeholders at various levels, translate technical concepts into actionable strategies + Ability to identify gaps and recommend programs or initiatives that support broader business goals + Knowledge of power resiliency concepts such as backup generation, battery storage, and grid reliability is a plus This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
