As a **Program Owner – Energy Efficiency & Resiliency** on our **Energy & Sustainability Team** , you’ll drive the strategic advancement of Target’s energy efficiency and power resiliency initiatives. Job duties may change due to business needs. **About you:** + Bachelor’s Degree, BA/BS in engineering, sustainability, environmental science, data analytics, or related field + Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant business experience + Experience collaborating with utility providers to implement energy efficiency initiatives + Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation + Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analytics tools + Experience working with building systems, energy efficiency programs, or demand-side energy solutions preferred + Familiarity with utility data management, interval data analysis, and building energy benchmarking + Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business strategies + Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines + Experience in project or program management, including ability to lead cross-functional initiatives + Ability to educate and influence stakeholders at various levels, translate technical concepts into actionable strategies + Ability to identify gaps and recommend programs or initiatives that support broader business goals + Knowledge of power resiliency concepts such as backup generation, battery storage, and grid reliability is a plus This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs.
