The pay range is $56,400.00 - $101,500.00

As a Program Owner for Property Management – Interior Services, you will support and maintain our field tools and resources while serving as the vendor manager for various janitorial service providers. Your efforts will be crucial in aligning with Target's Cleanliness Brand standards. You will oversee projects across the organization and must effectively collaborate and communicate with Interior Services team, the Stores organization, Property Management Field Teams, and vendor partners to achieve your program's objectives and initiatives. You will cultivate cross-functional relationships with both internal and external partners, which are essential for meeting the established goals, processes, and outcomes. Your role will involve time spent evaluating field processes and roadblocks, identifying opportunities and gathering feedback to deliver alignment of brand expectations and partnership between 3rd party vendors and field partners. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs. 

About you:

Four-year degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred experience in 3rd party vendor management, retail or property management.

Ability to manage projects, set timelines and meet deadlines.

Strong communicator that can collaborate and clarify to manage and set clear expectations.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and reasoning abilities.

Proficient in using data for trend detection, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.

Effective verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

Ability to influence others, maximize relationships, and lead through change.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
