The Program & Onboarding Coordinator is a blended role, which manages organizational programs while overseeing the onboarding of new clients. This position plans and executes key initiatives, coordinates with stakeholders, and ensures programs meet their goals while simultaneously guiding new clients through orientation and training as well as ensuring their smooth introduction to our services. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Develop, implement, and oversee various programs and initiatives to meet defined objectives and deadlines. + Track program progress and performance, ensuring that milestones are achieved on time and any issues are addressed promptly. + Work closely with team members, managers, and external partners to ensure successful program delivery and client satisfaction. + Manage program budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout each project or initiative. + Prepare and present regular reports on program status, outcomes, and areas for improvement to leadership and stakeholders. + Conduct orientation sessions and organize training for new clients, introducing them to the company’s services, policies, and procedures for a clear and positive onboarding experience. + Prepare and maintain comprehensive onboarding materials (checklists, training guides, client handbooks) and provide ongoing support to new clients, addressing questions and concerns during their initial engagement. + Gather feedback from new clients and incorporate their suggestions to continuously improve the onboarding process and enhance program effectiveness. **Pay Range for this role is - $50,000 - $53,000 **EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (equivalent related experience may substitute). **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination and/or client onboarding. **COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:** + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, pivot tables, charts). + Familiarity with CRM software and AI tools is a plus. + Adaptability to changing priorities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Meticulous attention to detail in managing program documentation, tracking progress, and onboarding materials. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, generate solutions, and improve processes continuously. + Proactive approach to work.
