As the Program Monitor for Louisiana’s Office for Citizens with Developmental Disabilities (OCDD), you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of the state’s critical incident management system. You'll be the go-to expert—guiding users, solving problems, and keeping the system running smoothly to support individuals with developmental disabilities across Louisiana.

Minimum Qualifications
Five years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus two years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR
A bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR
An advanced degree or a Juris Doctorate plus one year of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
+ Serve as the primary statewide point of contact and technical support expert for OCDD’s critical incident management system.
+ Coordinate user onboarding and offboarding in collaboration with the Office of Technology Services (OTS) to ensure accurate system access.
+ Provide individualized technical assistance and guidance to users, promoting proper and effective system usage across the state.
+ Monitor and manage the program’s support inbox and track, resolve, and document system-related tasks using Monday.com.
+ Perform manual data corrections and test system updates or fixes to maintain data integrity and ensure system functionality.
+ Support quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with users to enhance statewide consistency and effectiveness in incident reporting and response.
Preferred Experience and Skills
+ Familiarity with OCDD’s critical incident management system and Monday.com.
+ Proven ability to deliver responsive, effective customer service and technical assistance to diverse users.
+ Strong problem-solving skills, including independently identifying and correcting system errors.
+ Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly convey technical information.
+ Collaborative team player with experience in quality assurance and/or quality improvement processes.
