Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Team Management

Coordinate work package tasks and ensure their accomplishmentCoordinate the plant launch teams of the plants involved in the programCoordinate activities and tasks fulfilment of the Program Manufacturing teamPlant Launch Team leaders (if only 1 plant he cumulates this role)Pilot Plant (for ISPG)PC&L (Supply Chain) EngineerProgram LogisticsIncluding support functions if necessary (PSE, QSE, HSE…)Act as the interface between the Program Core team and the plant(s)In agreement with the program manager, technical interface with the customer and the suppliers

Product interface (manufacturability)

Ensure design to manufacturing through concurrent engineering activities with product engineersEnsure manufacturing feasibilityManage the Prototype Build and Delivery and AnalysisImplement all changes related to production system and/or related to the product (as of Engineering Change Management)

Production System Development
