Program Manger, SLS Programs, DSP Performance Team
Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Program Manager to join the DSP (Delivery Service Partner) Strategy and Performance team for the MENATR (Middle East, Africa and Turkiye) region. This role is critical in driving performance strategy initiatives and tech developments that enhance DSP operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and enable sustainable network growth across the region. The Program Manager will lead and support cross-functional projects in close partnership with Tech, Profitability, Finance, Safety, Compliance, Communications, and other stakeholders. These initiatives will focus on optimizing the existing Amazon DSP network through scalable DSP tech products, performance mechanisms, World-Wide parity initiatives, and benchmarking best practices across geographies. The Program Manager will partner with DSP Experience and Operations Team to analyze partners' anecdotes and drive initiatives of Partners experience improvement. We are seeking bar-raising candidates who are able to excel in a dynamic environment and navigate complexity with confidence. The Program Manager will required a strong business acumen, data analysis skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. You will work with key DSP facing problems and build solutions that answer them. This role requires balancing detailed understanding of our business operations. Key job responsibilities • Lead and manage DSP performance programs, including associated tech tools and mechanisms, to ensure delivery partners consistently meet and exceed minimum service level standards • Own the end-to-end DSP performance framework, driving continuous improvement through data-backed insights and scalable mechanisms • Ability to work with SQL and QuickSight to build dashboards, generate actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement and accountability mechanisms • Partner closely with Tech and Analytics teams to define business requirements, influence roadmap prioritization, and ensure effective delivery of DSP performance tools • Collaborate with Operations teams to define, standardize, and raise performance and compliance standards at the site and regional level • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Finance, Safety, Communications, and Delivery Partner Managers to drive successful program execution • Plan, manage, and govern DSP performance incentive budgets; align with Finance on forecasting and approvals, and partner with Payments teams on invoice and payout workflows Develop and present comprehensive business cases, strategy documents, and program updates to senior leadership, including Director-level stakeholders, to drive alignment and secure approvals Basic Qualifications - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field (in lieu of a degree relevant work experience) Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in computer science, technology, design - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of program or project management experience Amazon is an equal opportunities employer, and we value your passion to discover, invent, simplify and build.
