Our Program Manager III leads the implementation and management of key research programs. This role develops systems, supports budgeting, mentors staff, and serves as a liaison across departments and partner institutions. A core contributor to the Resources and Services Module, the Program Manager III plays a vital role in advancing research across Cleveland Clinic and the region through strong collaboration and program support. **We have two openings for the Project Manager III position. Both positions will cover the South Market for IHI**
A caregiver in this position works days, from 8:00am—5:00pm. This position is at our Main Campus but will require traveling to our Akron, Mercy and Union locations.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Support physician practice
Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community.
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration and 5 years of related experience
OR Master’s degree and 4 years of experience
Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development.
Strong presentation, communication and training skills required for most positions
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Master’s Degree
Healthcare settings
Involvement in Practice Management
Experience with Project Management
Experience in hospital operations

Physical Requirements:
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
