Program Manager - Workforce Data & Process Transformation

As the Program Manager within the HR CDAO Workforce Insights Team, you will lead the execution of multiple data transformation programs. You will orchestrate delivery across various agile workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and fostering collaboration among HR, Finance, Tech, Data, Product, and Design teams. Your role involves coordinating delivery to meet milestones, managing dependencies, and developing detailed program plans to track progress and resolve issues proactively. You will facilitate regular meetings to ensure accountability and transparency, analyze success metrics and workforce data to inform decision-making, and craft compelling presentations for senior leadership using strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills. Additionally, you will promote the program roadmap forward, anticipate future talent implications, and support change management efforts for new processes and solutions. Championing agile principles, you will facilitate sprint planning, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate agile working groups to remove blockers and maintain focus on outcomes. You will work across the quad to promote the adoption of integrated solutions and oversee enhancements to critical workstream processes. Managing relationships and communications with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and leadership teams is also a key responsibility, ensuring engagement and information flow at each stage.
**Job responsibilities**
+ Lead and coordinate delivery across multiple agile workstreams, ensuring milestones are met and dependencies are managed.
+ Develop, maintain, and execute detailed program plans, tracking progress and helping the program lead to proactively resolve issues.
+ Facilitate regular meetings to drive accountability and transparency.
+ Analyze success metrics and workforce data to assess impact and inform decision-making.
+ Leverage insights to craft compelling presentations and narratives for senior leadership, leveraging strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills.
+ Help drive the program roadmap forward, anticipating future talent implications and evolving business priorities, and support change management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes and solutions.
+ Champion agile principles and practices within each program, facilitating sprint planning and backlog prioritization, and act as a central point of coordination for agile working groups, helping teams remove blockers and stay focused on outcomes.
+ Work across the quad (Tech, Data, Product, Design) to drive adoption of integrated solutions and operating models, and oversee delivery of enhancements to all critical workstream processes.
+ Manage relationships and communications with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and leadership teams, ensuring the right people are informed and engaged at each stage.
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ 3+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in product, data, or HR transformation environments.
+ Ability to craft compelling presentations via PowerPoint that tell a clear, concise story to influence senior stakeholders to make informed decisions
+ Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
+ Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience facilitating agile workstreams.
+ Strong analytics & data visualization skills; ability to analyze metrics and present findings in a compelling manner.
+ Experience coordinating across Tech, Data, Product, and Design teams.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to influence and drive outcomes with senior leadership.
