The Program Manager (Value Stream Leader) will be accountable for the full lifecycle of products and services from inception through completion, including pursuit and order capture, design and development, produce to deliver, service/support, and long-term strategic business plans. Assigned as the chair or Program Manager of the Integrated Project Team (IPT) accountable for managing the contract lifecycle, cost schedule, performance and on-time delivery of company programs or subsystems of major programs. This role is **Onsite** in Sterling, VA. **What You Will Do** + Leading program execution and pursuit order capture for small (<$100k) to large efforts (>$100M) within the Air Combat portfolio + Participates in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes, including coordinating preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operational budgets, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts to ensure legal compliance and to protect the organization's interests + Requires ability to communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of significant importance to the organization. May conduct briefings with senior leaders within the job function + Communicates with parties within and outside of own function, and typically has responsibilities for communicating with parties external to the organization, (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.) + Works to influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures, and practices + Earned Value Metrics (EVM) and Control Account Management (CAM). Ability to analyze data and monitor programs to ensure adherence to cost, schedule and technical specifications + Demonstrates continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality by improving existing processes and practices. The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
