Program Manager - Toledo Hospital - Emergency Management
**Location:** Toledo Hospital **Department:** Trauma Services **Weekly Hours:** 40 **Status:** Full time **Shift:** Days (United States of America) **Job Summary:** The Emergency Management Program Manager is a healthcare professional responsible for leading system-wide initiatives focused on disaster readiness, safety, quality, and performance improvement. This role provides strategic oversight and coordination of emergency preparedness efforts, injury prevention, community outreach, and continuous quality improvement across the organization. **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field + Demonstrates familiarity of emergency program operations, hospital operations and exposure to emergency management processes and protocols. + Minimum of 3 years acute care, critical and/or emergency experience.
