Our client, a leading organization in the data center and infrastructure industry, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 4 to join their team. This is a **Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM 4 – Vendor)** role on the **RADAR team within the DC IDEA organization** , focused on **telemetry health, infrastructure monitoring, and operational excellence** across their **global datacenter fleet** . The TPM drives large, cross-functional programs that ensure devices, utilities, and monitoring systems are accurately reporting health data, detecting anomalies, and supporting fast incident response in mission-critical environments.

**Location:** Hybrid: Redmond, WA
**Pay Range:** $68/hr - $73/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead the development and implementation of dashboards and monitoring tools to assess infrastructure and telemetry health across global facilities.
+ Manage programs that detect and alert on anomalies in utility data, such as discrepancies between reported and actual energy and water usage.
+ Drive improvements in device onboarding processes, ensuring new infrastructure components are integrated into monitoring systems effectively.
+ Oversee incident management workflows, including triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
+ Collaborate with engineering, operations, and partner teams to define and refine alerting logic for device outages, performance issues, and data quality concerns.
**What's Needed?**
+ 8+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in infrastructure, cloud, or data center environments.
+ Strong understanding of telemetry systems, monitoring frameworks, and incident response processes.
+ Experience with data analysis tools and dashboard/reporting platforms.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable plans.
+ Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlog management tools.
