What You Will Do

Partner with business unit leaders and HRBPs to:

Develop and execute strategic talent attraction initiatives for key rolesLead and evolve early talent and talent readiness programsUse data to track talent trends, measure program impact, and optimize recruitment strategiesForecast talent needs based on business growth and market trendsOwn and evolve strategies and programs that enable internal talent movement, visibility, and readiness for key rolesAct as a strategic advisor to internal teams, supporting talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning

What You Need

Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the medical device or healthcare industryProven success in designing and optimising talent programsStrategic mindset with the ability to align talent initiatives to business goalsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationshipsAdaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsPassion for promoting Stryker’s values, culture, and career opportunitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of talent excellenceCommitment to staying current on industry trends and best practices
