This position will lead risk evaluation and mitigation activities across multiple direct procurement categories, driving cross-functional collaboration and building organizational capabilities around sourcing analytics and strategy development. **What you will do:  **   + Leadsupplier risk processthroughscoring, prioritization, and tracking ofmitigation actions. + Manage progress of risk related actions + Support continuous improvement of supplier risk management process + Support supplier resiliencyprojectsthrough the management ofPDP (Project Development Plan) + Align withFunctional,SBUand Enterprisestakeholders to incorporatecategorystrategies intoAOP&NPDprocessesand design implementation planwhile gaining leadership support. + Accountable for team’s utilization of standard work including project tracking, documentation and reportingfor supplier risk management, regulatory requirements, etc. Actively engage with team members to eliminate roadblocks and escalate issues appropriately. + Manage intra-program dependencies and their interrelationships, and their impact upon other programs andprojects;mentor andcoachprogram team members and non-dedicated project leaders on project management fundamentals. + Development ofRisk Disruption playbook for direct procurement, creating standard work and leading usageduring supply disruptions **What you will bring:**   + Bachelor’sDegree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations,Engineering,or related field + Advanced degreeor PMP certificationpreferred. + 5to 10years’ experienceSupply Chain, Procurement, Operationsand at least2years’ experienceinproject management&categorymanagement + Demonstrated experienceleadinglarge, complex cross-functional projectswithin matrixed organizations + Demonstrated experience coordinating, facilitating discussions,consultation,and conflict resolution skillswith the ability to drive program specific issues and goals to closure. + Experience in supplier development, materials management, and/or plant operations a plus. + Must be a strategic thinker and have demonstrated experience driving initiatives + Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong influencing and negotiating skills across organization. Possess strong interpersonal skills.
