In this role, you have the opportunity to

 

Drive transfer & innovation project in the ISC Engineering team, you will focus primarily on improving the supply chain project for medical equipment (Magnetic Resonance, Computed Tomography and Advanced Molecular Imaging, Ultrasound, Digital X-ray, etc.).

Your role:

Support global cross-functional teams for assigned projectsBuild internal and external networks to identify high-impact supplier transfer projects that result in productivity, quality improvement, and reduction in Total Cost of Ownership. Manage the update, as required, of designs to improve manufacturability, performance, quality and costConduct supplier design reviewsReview and ensure the adequacy of supplier part qualification activitiesExecute and support phase in – phase out (PIPO) planning for assigned projectsSupport input for make/buy analysisSupport the deployment of early supplier involvement for assigned projectsUse appropriate project management tools, and communicate plans and risk management techniques to create rigor in project planning and executionParticipates and leads workshops to build cost-reduction business cases and funnelsActive participation in multidisciplinary teams through all phases of the supplier transfer process

You're the right fit if:

B.S. in EngineeringMS in engineering preferred10 or more years of proven design engineering and project management experience leading cross-functional teamsExperience supporting global projects Experience with CAD software(s)Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of manufacturing quality systems and working in a regulated industryExperience with geometric dimensioning and toleranceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word requiredStrong English written and verbal communication skills required
