**Job Title: Program Manager – Solution Architecture**
**Location:** Remote (U.S.-based, Central Time Zone preferred)
**Duration:** Through 7/19/2026 (end of fiscal year, with potential extension)
**Pay Range:** $75/hour
**Job Summary**
Ascension Health is seeking a strategic and adaptable **Program Manager** to lead cross-functional initiatives within the Solution Architecture Center of Excellence. This role will support ongoing and future programs by managing interdependent projects, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery across technical and business domains.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead program-level planning and execution across multiple projects.
+ Collaborate with executive stakeholders and technical teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
+ Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and communications.
+ Coordinate efforts across internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
+ Ensure alignment with organizational goals and technology strategies.
+ Provide oversight and support for documentation, implementation, and change management initiatives.
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ 3–4 years of experience in program or project management within a large-scale healthcare or enterprise environment (e.g., Ascension or similar).
+ Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and digital transformation initiatives.
+ Proficiency with G Suite, Jira, and ServiceNow.
+ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.
+ Experience coordinating across technical and non-technical teams.
