You will be a key part of the Components Central Operations (CCO) team, working with business leaders in CCO, Component Business Manufacturing (CBM), Supply Chain Transformation (SCT), and the larger Supply Chain Organization (SCO). The teams work collaboratively to set the supply chain strategies, craft and drive the target business architecture, enable and scale operation activities through detailed program execution. These multi-functional teams work across all tracks within Supply Chain and externally to other corporate functions to advance the transformation capabilities of Cisco and our customers.

As a CCO Program Manager, you will lead the Manufacturing execution for Components. The responsibilities include coordinating the planning and initiation of programs at various levels of completion, monitor progress and schedules of Silicon Manufacturing, communicate with project & program partners, implement according to PMO framework, develop portfolio status reports, etc.

Responsibilities Include

You are a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with expertise in Fabless Silicon Manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge and technical proficiency for fabless silicon manufacturing operations, coupled with Program Management expertise.

Portfolio Management: Handling end to end Components Silicon Manufacturing portfolio by ensuring execution and reporting out in high-value meeting cadences with partnersChange Management: Leading change initiatives, effectively communicating changes, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth transitionsProgram Management: Oversee Components programs, focusing on scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating assets, and monitoring progress to ensure successful execution and deliveryCommunications: Manage communication plan including setting expectations, internal and external communicationsStakeholder Partnership: Align with both technical and business teams to drive improvement to processes and proceduresPerformance Measurement and Reporting: Develop performance metrics, monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to effectively track progress, evaluate outcomes, and make informed decisions based on data

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Portfolio & Program ManagementIndustry experience with fabless silicon manufacturing. Includes: silicon design, manufacturing process, supply chain dynamics, and industry-specific technologiesExperience in various Program Execution Methodologies (Agile & Waterfall)

Preferred

Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and analytical skillsProficient on Excel, Power Point, data storytelling and process designExperience working with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environmentHigh degree of leadership, motivation, autonomy in work, and organizational skills requiredAbility to deliver on multiple and competing programs/projectsNice to Have: PMP Certification, Monday.com experience
