We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Marketplace team to build solutions to help Sellers scale their business on Amazon. The role will develop and drive programs that will have a direct impact on the Sellers' and customers' experience.
The Program Manager will own program plans, optimizing stakeholder communication, and coordinating critical operational process and compliance impacts to our organization. This role will also have responsibility for aligning the programs and roadmaps, and collaborating with business and development teams across the company to manage the end to end delivery.
Key job responsibilities
Role and responsibilities:
-Develop new programs/solutions and create roadmaps, lead multiple high profile meetings to align project requirements and collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders, business groups, product managers, operations associates and tech leads.
- Interact with multiple teams to identify gaps in selling partners abilities and determine services to be offered through third-party service providers
- Define service scope, find and develop partners
- Launch new services/partners and drive adoption by selling partners
- Support coordinating marketing content, experience, and strategy for generating awareness
- Track and report KPIs for all services
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Advanced Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
