about this team
The Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) team works to support safeguarding the rights of the people who make lululemon products and the environment. We monitor labour and environmental conditions in facilities producing for lululemon, and develop programs and policies to build capability along our supply chain. We work together with cross-functional partners within lululemon to support responsible practices of doing business in our everyday operations. We collaborate with our vendors, and external stakeholders to foster social and environmental resilience in the garment industry.
core responsibilities
The RSC Program Manager -Labour Policies and Compliance leads the strategic advancement of lululemon’s labour standards and develops and executes programs that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements along lululemon’s product supply chain.
Lead the strategic evolution of Responsible Supply Chain labour standards and policies to align with global human rights standards and business objectives.Design and implement scalable processes, tools and programs to operationalize adherence to human rights due diligence regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations (e.g. EU Forced Labour Ban).Conduct cross-functional collaboration with partners to develop and implement regulatory-aligned supplier-facing content that proactively address labour risks across the product supply chain.Advance lululemon’s facility monitoring and remediation framework along the product supply chain, ensuring coverage across direct and indirect suppliersShape and drive the RSC team’s strategic approach to meaningful stakeholder engagement, specifically with regards to development of policies and programs.Lead the development of lululemon’s brand-based grievance mechanism for workers in the supply chain, aligned with regulatory and stakeholder requirements.Participate and engage in multi-lateral convenings on collaborative approaches to addressing labour risks along the supply chain, with a specific focus beyond direct supplier relationships.qualifications
5+ years of work experience in supply chain labour programs and strategies, responsible supply chain within a brand, multi-stakeholder initiative, or development organizationsStrategic thinking to craft and align policies with global human rights standards, regulatory requirements and business goals.Strong expertise in Human Rights standards and frameworks, policy writing, process design and documentationProven track record in building trust and collaboration with peers, suppliers, NGOs, and internal teams.Experience in developing grievance mechanisms, remediation programs, responsible purchasing practices, and supplier trainingExperience creating clear communications to different levels of an enterprise

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
