Program Manager - Remote Site Operations
**Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a complex program with heavy involvement in remote site development and management. This PM will manage the overall program, including remote site operations, maintenance, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, operations, and logistics, with excellent leadership and communication skills. **Key Responsibilities include:** + **Team Leadership** + Leading a diverse and talented team to create all plans and procedures required for contract execution, remote site standup, and enduring operations (e.g. Program Management Plan, Integrated Logistics Support Plan, Installation & Test Support Plan, etc.) + Oversee Integrated Product Team execution to plans and progress toward customer directed/contractual work products. + Oversee all Engineering Services required + **Operations, maintenance, sustainment planning and management for remote, geographically dislocated sites** + Design, implement, and manage the logistics needs for sites + Creating staffing plans to support all day-to-day activities of a remote sites + Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving + Manage the MILCON handover process, ensuring timely and efficient transfer of facilities and assets. + Manage site set up including customer equipment installation and test + Managing subcontractors for the development of materials and services needed for enduring and seamless operations. + **Program management and contract execution oversight** : + Develop and implement operational plans, budgets, and schedules to achieve program goals and objectives + Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall program performance + Provide regular program status updates, reports, and briefings to senior management and stakeholders + Manage financial aspects of the program, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control + Identify and manage Dependencies, Assumptions, Risks, Exclusions, and Opportunities (DAREO) register and develop mitigation/implementation/or corrective actions as required. + Oversee the activities of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company standards + Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including finance, safety, import/export control, procurement, and logistics teams, to ensure alignment and support + Develop and maintain relationships with key external domestic and international stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, and vendors + Engage with international customers during early/late hours (e.g. 8pm EST/7pm CST/6pm MST weekly calls) + Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree + Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, operations, or a related field + Proven experience in managing remote sites, subcontractors, and logistics operations + Strong knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control + Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks + Experience with MILCON handover processes and warehouse operations + Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability + Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and other relevant tools **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field + Professional certification in program management, such as PMP or CPM + Experience in the defense or government contracting industry + Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as DFARS and FAR + Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and other program management tools and techniques **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $120000 - $204000 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
