Why This Role? + Qualifies for Novant Health’s Career Ladder Program + Access to Continuing Education Funds through our Professional Development Program + Supportive Team Culture in a Leading Outpatient Setting What You'll Do Your Role & Impact: + Clinical leader responsible for on-site operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance while maintaining clinical licensure with substantial direct patient care (85-90% clinical). + Responsible for optimal performance of a designated department or facility. + Will foster physician and community relationships, customer satisfaction, and teamwork within the facility in addition to daily patient care duties. + Serves as a model for best clinical practice and ensure adherence to best practices within their department or facility. + Will partner with the outpatient manager for optimal efficiencies for scheduling and meeting productivity standards. What We're Looking For What You’ll Need: + Education: Graduate of an accredited professional program resulting in licensure as PT, PTA, OT, OTA , SLP or audiologist, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. + Experience: Minimum of two years experience working as a licensed clinician/therapist in an Outpatient environment, preferred. + Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state PT, PTA, OT, OTA, ST, Audiology license, required.
