This role serves as a central integrator and execution partner, ensuring initiatives are well-planned, aligned, tracked, and delivered against value targets and transformation milestones. Approximately 75% of this role is dedicated to supporting the program and portfolio management of productivity transformation workstreams, with focus on Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership & Strategic AlignmentOwn end‑to‑end leadership of strategic initiatives, ensuring each program advances the enterprise Full Potential agenda.Clarify and align program scope, transformation objectives, and expected outcomes with stakeholders to ensure every effort contributes measurable business value.Guide teams through transformation impacts by fostering clarity, accountability, and shared ownership of outcomes.Value Delivery & Financial PerformancePartner with Finance to validate savings, productivity gains, and benefits realization. Ensure initiatives are delivered against financial, operational, and transformation value targets. Identify risks early, diagnose root causes, and develop mitigation plans that preserve momentum toward Full Potential goals.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementFacilitate seamless cross‑functional collaboration by driving visibility, alignment, and coordinated problem‑solving across teams.Lead high‑impact working sessions with SMEs, stakeholders, and senior leaders to shape business cases, build program roadmaps, and resolve barriers to transformation progress.Execution Management & Risk Control Drive disciplined, agile execution by identifying dependencies, tracking critical paths, and proactively managing risks and mitigation plans.Escalate critical issues proactively to safeguard strategic priorities, timelines, budgets, and transformation outcomes.Intervene to remove blockers, ensuring business continuity and alignment across workstreams.Governance, Reporting, & Decision SupportPrepare clear, executive‑ready program reporting with insights on progress, risks, key decisions, projected results, and recommendations.Support enterprise governance forums and operating rhythms. Enable timely, data-driven decision making. Continuous Improvement & Enablement Identify opportunities to improve program management tools, templates, and governance.Support development of playbooks, standards, and best practices.Promote consistent ways of working across productivity programs.Qualifications & Skills: Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field5+ years of experience in program management, transformation, operations, consulting, or project deliveryExperience managing cross-functional initiatives across supply chain, manufacturing, or procurement environmentsStrong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniquesStrong financial, analytical, and planning skillsExecutive communication and storytellingDemonstrated ability to manage complex, matrixed stakeholder environmentsPreferred Qualifications Master’s degree (MBA or related)Professional certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent)Experience supporting enterprise productivity or cost transformation programsBackground in food manufacturing, CPG, or large-scale operations environmentsCore Competencies & MindsetCreative, out-of-the-box problem solver who constructively challenges the status quo and rethinks traditional ways of working to drive step-change improvementAbility to identify non-obvious opportunities for productivity, simplification, and value creationComfort operating in ambiguity and translating loosely defined problems into structured, actionable plansStrong critical thinking skills with a bias toward experimentation, learning, and continuous improvementConfidence to respectfully challenge assumptions and influence leaders toward better outcomesDemonstrated humility, emotional intelligence, resilience, and personal ownership in high-pressure transformation environments Physical Demands:The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
