Skills and Requirements • 4 years of experience in operations compliance. • Bachelor’s degree in science, Business, Engineering, or related field • 2+ years' experience in a core Operations Environment, Risk Management, Privacy, Security, Government Intelligence, business, legal/regulatory, and/or Compliance, OR 4+ years' experience in Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, Privacy, Security, Government Intelligence, and/or Finance OR equivalent experience. • 4+ years' experience with technical proficiency with Microsoft 365, Office Power Platform and SharePoint. • 4+ years' experience with compliance monitoring tools • Relevant Certification and/or Membership with a relevant risk and compliance domain area association (e.g., Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Certifications • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), International Organization for Standardization [ISO] Lead Auditor, I International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2, and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE), Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI), Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCB), and Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO)). • Master's degree in science, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years' experience in business, legal/regulatory, compliance, audit/consulting firm OR bachelor's degree in science, Business, Engineering, Risk Management, Engineering, Government Intelligence, Security, or Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years' experience in Risk Management in the context of Operations, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analyst, Consulting, Auditing, Privacy, Security, Compliance, Government Intelligence, business, legal/regulatory, compliance, and/or Finance OR equivalent experience.
