As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects that integrate our Neurotechnology products and systems across multiple Stryker Divisions. In your role, you will ensure R&D projects are completed on time/cost & budget. You will support cutting edge medical device products from the inception phase to launch for Stryker’s Neurotechnology business unit. To learn more about Stryker’s Neurotechnology portfolio click here: https://www.stryker.com/us/en/portfolios/neurotechnology-spine.html This role is remote and can be based in any US location. **What You Will Do** + Define and manage program scope in collaboration with business unit leadership + Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, including critical paths and intersecting milestones + Create and monitor program budgets in partnership with cross-functional leaders + Lead development and execution of program risk management plans + Oversee procurement planning and vendor selection for program initiatives + Assign and manage cross-functional resources, including onboarding and performance feedback + Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans + Drive quality planning and ensure compliance with regulatory standards throughout the program lifecycle **What You Will Need** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field + Minimum 8 years of experience in the full New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle, including project strategy development, budget management, stakeholder engagement, and successful product launches. **Preferred Qualifications** + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PgMP or equivalent + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools + Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs + Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage ambiguity **$115,600 - $245,800** salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
