In this role, the ideal candidate shall be working closely with HR/IR function of Business and sites to implement kronos and work with them closely for adoption of kronos system. The role demands excellent communication and project management skills to work with multiple stakeholders like Group Security automation, Central IT, Local IT and Security teams. The profile expects the candidate to be a champion to steer the implementation and application management support partners. The incumbent shall be overseeing application performance and work closely with OEM and partners to maintain hygiene and maintenance. He/she shall understand business requirement on enhancement, evaluate and provision approval from management as an enhancement. He /she shall also act as a change agent for change management and coach/ train the role owners in kronos. Incumbent shall also support his team for incident management in myASP with prioritization, performing RCA on repeated incidents.
