The Program Manager IV – Nursing Informatics leads a portfolio of complex, cross-functional initiatives, providing end-to-end accountability for scope, budget, timelines, and outcomes. This role oversees enterprise-level programs across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while managing governance, KPIs (such as adoption, workflow efficiency, and EHR utilization), and financial performance. Serving as a key liaison among executive stakeholders, clinical leaders, IT, and operational teams, the Program Manager drives project execution from planning through implementation and sustainment. Responsibilities include managing risks and dependencies, coordinating resources, delivering clear status reporting, and supporting change management efforts. This role plays a critical part in advancing nursing informatics initiatives, improving workflows, and delivering measurable organizational impact through strong leadership and continuous improvement.

A caregiver in this position works 8:00am to 4:30pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

Develop, maintain, manage and implement operational systems and activities.  Serve as a liaison with all levels of Cleveland Clinic and the outside community.  Manage multiple projects and priorities.  Serve as a coach and mentor for other caregivers.  Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.  

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and six years of related experience OR Master’s Degree and five years of related experience Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Experience managing complex healthcare programs or portfolios with accountability for scope, budget, timelines, outcomes, and regulatory requirements.Strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows, with experience leading initiatives that span clinical, operational, technical, and vendor partners.Proven ability to support change management, go‑live readiness, and transition to operations, with effective communication across executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams.PMP or CAPM certification preferred
