Kforce has a client in Ballwin, MO that is seeking a Program Manager IV with a strong background in federal program oversight and CMMC compliance readiness. This role will lead critical remediation efforts across multiple business units, ensuring tools, processes, and operations meet the stringent requirements of federal contracts and cybersecurity audits. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in preparing the organization for upcoming CMMC audits and driving long-term compliance strategies. Key Responsibilities: * Lead remediation initiatives to ensure federal compliance readiness, including CMMC certification * Coordinate with Supply Chain, IT, Security, and Compliance teams to operationalize risk management and audit preparation activities * Oversee program execution, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables using MS Project * Partner with external consultants during the transition phase, then assume full ownership of program delivery * Drive the separation and organization of tools, processes, and data systems to align with government requirements * Ensure program objectives are met and reporting is delivered to leadership in a clear and timely manner * Act as a trusted liaison across internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment
