Program Manager - Industrial OT & Smart Factory

We are committed to equal employment opportunities that foster an inclusive environment.** The **Program Manager – Industrial OT & Smart Factory** drives the strategic execution of critical industrial transformation and Smart Factory programs across the organization. This leader ensures the successful implementation of OT-related automation and digitalization initiatives, leading cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, OT Engineering, IT) and guaranteeing full alignment with the overall corporate strategy. **What your responsibilities will be** + **Strategize & Align** : Define program goals and ensure robust alignment with the company's global business and digital transformation strategy. + **Financial Stewardship** : Responsible for the program's CapEx management, including forecasting, budgeting, and optimization to maximize ROI. + **Develop a clear program vision** , scope, and governance framework, ensuring all stakeholders are clear on roles, deliverables, milestones, and key results. + **Monitor and control program execution** , proactively managing progress, resolving deviations, and implementing effective corrective measures. + **Lead and motivate high-performing, cross-functional teams** (Manufacturing, OT Engineering, IT, Quality) to facilitate the seamless integration of new technologies and processes. + **Institute robust Risk and Conflict Management strategies** , making data-driven, strategic decisions to ensure continuous program delivery and success. + **Spearhead Organizational Change Management** efforts within the production environment, accelerating the adoption of new OT tools and operating procedures. + **Establish and monitor critical KPIs and metrics** to measure the quantifiable impact and value contribution of all initiatives to the corporate goals. + **Technology Leadership – Smart Factory Core** Demonstrate and implement a clear technology strategy encompassing: + MES & Electronic Batch Records as the digital execution backbone (recipe management, regulatory compliance, ERP/DCS integration). + Plant Information Systems & Unified Namespace (UNS) to provide real-time operational visibility, standardized data models and enable advanced analytics. + Smart Intralogistics: WMS/SGA, AGVs/AMRs, Track & Trace, and Cold Chain Monitoring for full material and product flow automation. + Automation Integration & Simulation: PLC/DCS/SCADA integration with MES and UNS, enabling parallel digital build and accelerated commissioning. + Advanced Analytics, AR/VR and Cybersecurity by Design to support operational excellence, scalability, and compliance. **Who you are** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions). + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or Control Systems. + **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in complex industrial/manufacturing environments, with a focus on plant operations and Operational Technology (OT) management. Proven expertise in leading and executing greenfield/brownfield process start-ups and commissioning within the shop floor environment. Demonstrated ability to optimize production processes while ensuring effective technological and system integration.
