As a Program Manager III, you will manage program development for the service lines of Anesthesiology, Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care for the Florida Region, including Weston, Martin and Indian River sites. Through collaboration with Site Directors, Physicians and others, you will support growth initiatives, safety and quality adherence and strengthen relationships internally and externally to help the team provide the best care to our patients. This role can act as a steppingstone to other opportunities within Cleveland Clinic as well.
**A caregiver in this position works Monday-Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.**
**This role can be based out of Indian River, Martin or Weston.**
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs.
+ Plan, develop and maintain systems and procedures.
+ Act as liaison between the department and outside communities.
+ Serve a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
+ Assist with the budgetary process.
+ Manage, develop, implement and maintain operational systems and activities.
+ Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
+ Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and five years of related experience
+ **OR** a Master's Degree and four years of experience
+ Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
+ Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving abilities
+ Strong presentation, communication and training skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Master's Degree
+ Healthcare experience
+ Analytics background
**Personal Protective Equipment:**
+ Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
**Pay Range**
Minimum Annual Salary: $69,600.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $106,132.50
