Our Program Manager III leads the implementation and management of key research programs. This role develops systems, supports budgeting, mentors staff, and serves as a liaison across departments and partner institutions. A core contributor to the Resources and Services Module, the Program Manager III plays a vital role in advancing research across Cleveland Clinic and the region through strong collaboration and program support. ** **We have two openings for the Project Manager III position. Both positions will cover the South Market for IHI****
**A caregiver in this position works days, from 8:00am-5:00pm. This position is at our Main Campus but will require traveling to** **our Akron, Mercy and Union locations.**
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Support physician practice
+ Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
+ Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community.
+ Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
+ Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
+ Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
+ Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration **and** 5 years of related experience
+ OR Master's degree **and** 4 years of experience
+ Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving skills.
+ Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development.
+ Strong presentation, communication and training skills required for most positions
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Master's Degree
+ Healthcare settings
+ Involvement in Practice Management
+ Experience with Project Management
+ Experience in hospital operations

**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
+ Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.
+ In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
+ In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.
**Personal Protective Equipment:**
+ Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
**Pay Range**
Minimum hourly: $33.46
Maximum hourly: $51.03
