As Program Manager III you will lead the implementation and management for the Innovations department. This role develops systems, supports budgeting, mentors staff and serves as a liaison across departments and partner institutions. As a core contributor to the Resources and Services Module, the Program Manager III plays a vital role in advancing research across Cleveland Clinic and the region through strong collaboration and program support. Through this role, you will provide strategic leadership that advances research operations and supports the mission of the organization.
This position offers opportunities for growth through hands-on analytics work, cross-functional collaboration and presenting to leadership. You will also receive support through formal training and certifications, as well as mentorship and stretch assignments to develop your leadership skills.
A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
This is a hybrid position, with three days on-site and two days remote per week.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community.
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and five years of related experience
OR Master’s degree and four years of experience.
Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
Demonstrated team leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving skills
Strong presentation, communication and training skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Master’s degree
Healthcare setting experience
Experience with systems, databases, datasets and Excel
IT or system administration background
Experience with preparing documentations for executive leadership

Physical Requirements:
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
