Program Manager III

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of program management methodologies, a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale initiatives, and exceptional leadership skills. **Responsibilities** + Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple, interconnected programs. Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements. + Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop and align program strategies with business objectives. Anticipate and proactively address potential risks and challenges. + Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and business units. Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies effectively. + Team Development: Mentor and coach junior program and project managers. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. + Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program delivery efficiency and quality. + Financial Management: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring all initiatives are delivered within financial constraints. + Reporting: Create and present regular program reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Engineering) is required. A Master's degree is a plus. + A minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management, with a significant portion in a leadership role. + Proven experience managing large-scale, complex programs with cross-functional teams. + PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable. + Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). + Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels. + Experience in a specific industry (e.g., Technology, Healthcare, Finance) may be required. depending on the role. + Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Desired Qualifications:** + Experience with program management software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project). + Change management expertise. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. **Job ID** 2025-18667 **Work Type** Hybrid **Pay Range** $165,000-$195,000 **Benefits** Regular - The company offers a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and a range of other voluntary benefits.
