Summary: Seeking a Program Manager to lead defense electronics programs, focusing on development, production, and customer engagement with full P&L accountability.

Required Qualifications:

B.S. in Engineering or related technical discipline 5+ years of experience in Aerospace, Defense, or SATCOM program management Experience in full program lifecycle management U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced technical degree or MBA Active DoD Secret Clearance PMP certification Familiarity with EVMS and standard PM tools

Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end program execution from development to support Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across deliverables Serve as primary contact for defense customers, ensuring timely delivery of products

Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $185,000.00 per year
