Amazon is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional Accounts Payable programs in two critical areas: Amazon Leo Business Operations and Global e-invoicing compliance.

Amazon Leo: Lead AP programs for our Low Earth Orbit satellite initiative, which delivers broadband connectivity to underserved communities worldwide. Global E-Invoicing: Serve as the AP Program Manager for global e-invoicing projects. Coordinate delivery of regulatory e-invoicing launches, ensuring compliance across multiple regions with varying regulatory requirements.
The Senior Program Manager drives inter-related projects supporting business and technology goals across teams, organizations, and regions. This role owns multiple leadership-level goals, ensuring timely and accurate payments worldwide and delivery of compliant e-invoicing solutions.

Areas of Responsibility
- Write and present narratives to Directors and VPs, delivering results with minimal guidance
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to present analysis and recommendations to senior management
- Define and measure quality metrics to ensure optimal customer experience
- Aggregate data to create compelling narratives that drive organizational change
- Partner with stakeholders to determine project priorities, question proposals, and make trade-offs between time, effort, and features
- Maintain project plans, assign tasks, and track progress across teams
- Validate data sources, analyze variance across systems and reports, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Identify future needs to evolve systems, processes, and solutions that support strategic growth
- Support offshore teams with root cause analysis, remediation, and project execution
- Apply operational excellence to deliver acceptable ROI on Greenbelt and Lean process projects
- Demonstrate analytical skills to understand details while maintaining big-picture perspective
- Manage comprehensive project lifecycles (User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Production Verification Testing (PVT), issue resolution, analytics), creating cohesion across disparate workstreams for end-to-end functionality and collaborating with stakeholders across business teams, service centers, and the program management office (PMO) to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
