Cleveland Clinic Florida is looking to add a Program Manager II to the Medical Operations team who will provide administrative and operational support across Surgical Operations and the Orthopaedics and Otolaryngology service lines. Within Surgical Operations, some of your responsibilities will include leading continuous improvement of operating room efficiency, access and utilization, developing, measuring and clearly communicating provider- and department-level performance metrics and managing special projects aligned with institutional and enterprise priorities. On the Orthopaedics and Otolaryngology side, you will partner closely with physician and APP leadership to support clinical quality, productivity, access and financial stewardship. This includes provider performance management, care-team optimization and operational initiatives that promote sustainable growth and high-value care delivery. This is a successful surgical operation with a dedicated team committed to helping our patients across their areas of specialty. Here, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to various specialties and grow within and beyond the team, 

  

A caregiver in this position works days from 7:00AM – 5:00PM, with occasional meetings that run until 6:00PM. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days on-site per week.  

 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities. 

Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. 

Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. 

Allocate time to meet completion requirements.  

Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. 

Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. 

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training  

OR an Associate’s Degree and five years of experience  

OR a Master’s Degree and two years of experience 

Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities 

 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting 

Completion of an administrative fellowship or residency 

Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration 

Physical Requirements: 

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
