Program Manager II - Pediatrics Hematology/Oncology

As a Program Manager II supporting clinical trials in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology, you will oversee and advance multiple research projects, guiding them through each phase of development and delivery. In this role, you will help implement new improvement initiatives, identify challenges, and solve problems as they arise to keep studies moving forward. Working behind the scenes, you will play an important part in helping some of the sickest children get better by supporting research involving new drugs, devices and data-driven medicine that bring innovative treatments from pharmaceutical partners to patients. **A caregiver in this position works days from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.** **_This is a hybrid role after the 90-day new-hire period, with three days remote and two days on-site each week._** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities. + Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. + Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. + Allocate time to meet completion requirements. + Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. + Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field **and** three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training + **OR** Associate's Degree **and** five years of experience + **OR** Master's Degree **and** two years of experience + Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting + Clinical research experience in pediatrics including IRB submissions and maintenance, consenting, patient visits both onsite and remote, and monitoring visits **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods + Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment + Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information + Ability to travel throughout the hospital system **Personal Protective Equipment:** + Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures. **Pay Range** Minimum Annual Salary: $57,510.00 Maximum Annual Salary: $87,697.50 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.).
