As Program Manager II, you will support the HVTI by collaborating with Cardiologists and Cardiovascular Surgeons, serving as a liaison between the Senior Director and the Cleveland Clinic west region. You will contribute to discussions about new programs and strategies to grow and sustain the mission of the HVTI by interacting with all levels within the hospital, including Presidents, Executive Directors, and other leaders. This position offers numerous advancement opportunities and opens the door to influential connections and exposure. 


A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM - 5:00PM. 


A caregiver who excels in this role will:   

Manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs.   

Plan, develop and maintain systems and procedures.   

Serve as a liaison between department and outside communities.   

Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.   

Participate in budgetary processes.  

Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.  

Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.  


Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:   

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience  

Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills  


Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:   

Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting  

Master's of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's of Health Administration (MHA) 

HVTI experience 

Understanding of cardiovascular programs, hospital operations and related services (e.g., Cath/EP, ORs, etc.)

Physical Requirements: 

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
