As a Program Manager II for DDSI, you will oversee and advance multiple projects, guiding assignments through each phase of delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of high-impact tasks, including appointing and onboarding clinical research fellows, supporting regulatory submissions and documentation, preparing internal and external compliance reports, and providing administrative leadership to the DDI Training Committee. You will manage workflow with the Legal Office and study sponsors for grants and contracts, including redlining and, following training with Legal, reviewing confidentiality disclosure agreements (CDAs). This role is essential to ensuring the quality of DDSI’s research, supporting regulatory success, and maintaining the institute’s reputation for excellence in clinical research.

A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00 a.m. –4:30 p.m.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs.  

Plan, develop and maintain systems and procedures.  

Serve as a liaison between department and outside communities. 

Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.  

Participate in budgetary processes. 

Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. 

Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training

OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience

OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience

Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting

Experience in contracting and/or grants

Clinical or Research experience

Oracle experience

Physical Requirements: 

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

Ability to travel throughout the hospital system

Personal Protective Equipment:
