The Program Manager II plays a key operational leadership role within the Cole Eye Institute, supporting ophthalmic subspecialties and driving strategic initiatives across multiple sites of service. This caregiver establishes and maintains efficient operational systems, partners with physician and administrative leaders, and ensures alignment with enterprise goals related to revenue enhancement, workflow standardization, access optimization, and business development.
This role also leads cross-functional projects driving key operational improvements, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and delivering measurable outcomes through data collaboration and continuous improvement.
A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities. Drive subspecialty business growth, revenue enhancement, and service expansion.Lead strategic projects such as workflow standardization, OR management/Palantir validation, revenue cycle improvement, and premium IOL/refractive program growth.Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. Allocate time to meet completion requirements. Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience OR Master’s Degree and two years of experiencePreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Data analysis experience in a healthcare settingPhysical Requirements:
