Program Manager II, Product Program Management
Description Amazon has spent years building one of the world’s most efficient and optimized supply chains. Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) builds on that foundation with innovative distribution and end-to-end supply chain service for FBA sellers. To effectively bring our service to our customers, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to perform cross-functional duties to facilitate product and program landing and execution for AGL Origin team based in China. The position will work across the AGL CN and International teams, collaborate with Sales, Product, Operation, Marketing and other cross function teams. As a highly organized and task oriented individual, you will manage communication, work backward plans and risks with stakeholder teams. This role will specify sales enablement needs, identify content source, design distribution mechanism, build training materials and tools to deliver contents and training to sales team members. You will closely collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize the Field Product Roadmap. Key job responsibilities 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive program/product strategy that aligns with our business objectives. 2. Manage the creation, distribution, and maintenance of program schedule, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant, and effective. 3. Coordinate across Sales, Marketing and BI to ensure each product launch is coordinated with proper measure in-place to ensure on-time delivery. 4. Develop program-level ROI and measurement mechanism to evaluate the effectiveness of each launch. 5. Lead change management process to facilitate post-launch activities. 6. Gather program feedbacks from Sales and Sellers and turn collected information into insights to support future product development. As a Program Manager II, you'll drive complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in Excel, communication, and program management to lead teams toward successful outcomes. You'll be responsible for managing existing programs, delivering challenging projects aligned with team goals, and determining appropriate success metrics. Working at the intersection of multiple stakeholders, you'll identify requirements, analyze data to drive solutions, and execute well-thought-out approaches to problem-solving. You'll have the opportunity to implement both short-term solutions while partnering with teams to design scalable, long-term strategies. You'll spend time coordinating with stakeholders across different teams, analyzing performance metrics, and leading strategic planning sessions. Throughout the day, you'll identify and resolve blockers, make data-driven decisions, and ensure project momentum. You'll balance tactical execution with strategic planning, communicating progress to leadership and team members. Your expertise in Excel will help analyze data trends while your strong communication skills enable effective cross-functional collaboration. Basic Qualifications - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
