Program Manager II, Clinical Programs, Medicare Population Health
Description Application deadline: Jan 8, 2026 As a Program Manager II on the One Medical At -Risk team, you will be the primary builder of new and existing capabilities and programs aimed at improving health outcomes for our at-risk patient populations. Working within Amazon's mission to be Earth's most customer-centric company, you will drive operational improvement and strategic initiatives from concept to implementation, collaborating across clinical, operational, and technical teams. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to influence without authority, and a passion for transforming healthcare delivery through innovative programs. Key job responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for new initiatives • Make trade-off decisions balancing time, quality, and resources to optimize project and program outcomes • Lead the end-to-end implementation of new and existing clinical screening programs and care pathways for at-risk populations • Partner with Business Analysts to define success metrics and measurement frameworks for new programs • Collaborate with Operational Excellence Managers to ensure programs are designed with operational efficiency in mind • Manage program launches across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with Amazon's strategic goals • Collaboratively create and deliver compelling business cases to gain stakeholder buy-in • Partner to establish frameworks to measure new program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement • Navigate complex stakeholder relationships to drive alignment on new initiatives Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks - Travel up to 25% of the time - Experience leading cross-functional projects in healthcare Preferred Qualifications - 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - PMP certificate - Experience in population health, value-based care, or care management. Hourly pay ranges include the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. Colorado $74,200 - $129,800 annually / hourly National $66,800 - $142,800 annually / hourly For salaried roles, your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
