Program Manager I
**Job Description** BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager I to join our dynamic team at Holston Army Ammunition Plant (HSAAP) in Kingsport TN. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives, and complex facility development and construction. Responsibilities: + Lead a cross functional project team of project management, engineers, contracting, finance and operations professionals to successfully deliver large scale (>$100M) highly complex Capital Investment projects on time, and within budget. + Accountable for profit and loss for assigned projects. + Handle preparation and delivery of briefings and reports for executive leadership and government customers. + Perform sub-contractor and supplier management. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering or Business with 8 years of relevant experience in project management in the Defense, Construction or Oil/Gas/Chemical Industry + Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver or exceed commitments + P&L experience in delivering complex projects + Able to communicate effectively to upper management and customers. + Proficient in technical writing such as proposal or statement of work development. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Masters degree in related field. + Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or DAWIA Level III Program Management. + Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience or similar performance measurement tool. + Experience in developing Integrated Master schedules with sound logic through such tools as MS Project, Primavera etc. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $106654 - $181311 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
