As a Program Manager at Prime Air, you'll be at the forefront of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives in our dynamic environment. You'll design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions while working independently and collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to address complex operational challenges. You'll champion change and standardization across our network, establishing frameworks for on-site continuous improvement and ensuring methodologies are globally aligned. Your expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Kaizen/PDCA principles will be crucial as you drive the implementation of Lean Standard Work at all levels. In this fast-paced environment, you'll conduct Gemba walks, coordinate improvement projects, and work closely with stakeholders worldwide to implement both local and network-wide initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, possessing strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable adapting strategies and plans in response to changing business requirements while maintaining high standards of operational excellence. Your proven track record of managing multiple priorities in parallel, combined with your ability to build relationships with global stakeholders, will be essential for success in this role. Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and demonstrated experience in program management are key requirements.
