Program Manager Grateful Patient and Employee Engagement
**Location:** Steam Plant - HQ **Department:** Development **Weekly Hours:** 40 **Status:** Full time **Shift:** Days (United States of America) **Job Summary:** **ACCOUNTABILITIES** *All duties listed below are essential unless noted otherwise* 1. Coordinate and lead ProMedica’s Grateful Patient & Family Program: + Effectively manage accounts for new system-wide Grateful Patient prospects. + Manage and coordinate data integration with Grateful Patient data management vendor. + Lead direct mail and email campaigns in coordination with marketing communication specialists. + Coordinate recognition for provider “Champion of Philanthropy” distinction. + Manage account for annual and major giving in relation to Grateful Patients. + Provide continual engagement/education, deepen relationships with service lines, departments, and provider offices across the organization about the Grateful Patient program. + Coordinate monthly physician patient listings for review. 2. Coordinate and lead system-wide physician and provider giving campaign: + Oversee annual solicitation of physician and providers; identify ways to steward and recognize giving. + Deepen relationships with physicians and providers regarding philanthropic giving. 3. Lead annual One Gift employee giving campaign to support ProMedica’s Hospitals across the system: + Coordinate and implement week-long campaign for all employee giving across the organization. + Deepen employee giving relations with continual stewardship promotion and education. 4. Lead Foundation presentations for New Employee Orientation & New Provider Orientation: + Facilitate Foundation orientation presentation for new employees and providers at in-person and virtual orientations. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** **Education** : Bachelor of Arts **Skills** : N/A **Years of Experience** : 2-3 years of experience **License** : N/A **Certification** : N/A **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** **Education** : Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. **Skills** : Grateful Patient healthcare fundraising experience.
