We’re building a pipeline of talented professionals interested in future Program Manager roles with CLEAResult. Program Managers at CLEAResult are responsible for leading the successful delivery of energy efficiency, demand-side management, and sustainability programs on behalf of utilities and public-sector clients.
In this role, you would oversee program operations, manage cross-functional teams, ensure client and regulatory requirements are met, and drive high-quality outcomes for customers and stakeholders—while supporting CLEAResult’s mission to advance energy efficiency and climate solutions.
Future Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of energy efficiency or demand-side management programs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for utility clients, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders.
Oversee program performance, ensuring goals, timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including operations, customer support, engineering, and field delivery resources.
Monitor program metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with program guidelines, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Support program planning activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and process improvements.
Collaborate with leadership to support program growth, enhancements, and new initiatives.

Exciting candidates will have:
Experience in program management, project management, or a related operational role.
Experience managing client-facing programs, preferably in energy efficiency, utilities, sustainability, or public-sector services.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to clients or senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM or program management systems is an asset.
A collaborative working style and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A strong desire to contribute to meaningful work that supports climate action and energy efficiency.
Experience working with underserved or marginalized populations is considered an asset.
