Summary: Seeking a Program Manager with expertise in diagnostic repair strategy for automotive and truck services to manage new vehicle programs and optimize diagnostics.
7+ years of Technical Service Engineering experience
Automotive/truck service experience
Proficiency with GT-Power, DevX, INCA, Matlab, Calterm, Simulink, Vector CANalyzer and CANoe
In-depth knowledge of UDS protocol (ISO 14229)
Experience with Controller Area Network (CAN) communication tools and protocols
Failure analysis and troubleshooting vehicle systems (DFMEA)
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Vis Mockup, CAD, Teamcenter or other engineering drawing systems
Experience with Diesel, Medium/Heavy Duty, and Electric Vehicles
Ability to digest complex data sets and recommend solutions
Responsibilities:
Manage new vehicle programs to define diagnostic strategy
Participate in new program concept sheet reviews
Create diagnostic standards for future programs
Develop presentations illustrating risks/issues and adherence to timelines
Support current product initiatives to reduce warranty spend through diagnostics optimization
Work cross-functionally with program teams, product development, service engineering, and the field
Perform competitive and internal service benchmarking
Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
