Program Manager - Consumer Surveys

Hiring a Program Manager for large tech company where you will help draft consumer surveys and perform analysis. MUST be able to work onsite in Seattle, WA.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to join our team, focusing on beta programs and customer feedback validation. The role requires a highly hands-on individual to engage with stakeholders, testers, and internal teams to execute programs that enhance the customer experience during product development.

Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders and testers to execute beta programs and support operational activities.Distribute surveys, analyze data, and provide milestone reviews.Work with end users and internal teams to develop and execute program strategies, ensuring readiness for product launch from a customer perspective.Support and troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and maintain feedback flow.Identify opportunities for improvement and implement processes and tools for efficiency gains.Track and communicate status, independently drive issues to resolution.Coordinate across teams and manage projects effectively.

Essential Skills

4+ years of relevant experience in program management.Proficient in stakeholder and timeline management.Strong data analysis skills, including Excel (tables, pivot tables, vlookup) and/or Quicksight.Ability to troubleshoot devices akin to customer support for testers.Experience in interacting with and managing beta testers (300-700 testers per cycle).Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical teams.Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.Bachelor's degree is ideal, but exceptional candidates without one will be considered.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with Qualtrics and Jira is a plus.Experience with AI prompt engineering is advantageous.Experience in large tech companies is a plus.

Work Environment

This role is based onsite in Seattle, WA, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PT. The position involves medium team interaction, supported by the Grand Challenge (Argus) team for pre-launch customer feedback validation.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $54.00/hr.
